Wedding Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity here at our award-winning venue – Colshaw Hall.

Place of work:

Colshaw Hall is located on a country estate in Over Peover, just two miles outside Knutsford and is one of Cheshire’s leading Wedding Venues. Colshaw Hall has been recognised as a top 10 wedding venue in the UK by Hitched, meaning we are now one of the most sought-after venues in the country!

The Hall is a Grade II listed Hall with bespoke accommodation to host 50 guests for an overnight stay.

The Role:

We are looking for a Wedding Coordinator to work with our event team. Based at Colshaw Hall, this critical role focuses on looking after our couples before their wedding, on the day itself and following afterwards. Working directly with the Irlam Family, you’ll be upholding the customer service our guests expect, and in return, you’ll be rewarded with a good pay rate in line with experience.

The Specifics:

This customer-facing role requires someone who is flexible, has a high level of attention to detail, and can work positively as part of a team. It would help if you were client-focussed, had initiative and were prepared to adapt to different roles/changes made on the day.

• Good interpersonal skills and highly organised, confident, and happy to attend to customer’s needs.
• Good written and verbal skills required for the administration associated with wedding bookings.
• Predominantly weekends, some evenings. Week days are flexible. All hours are in line with the needs of the business.
• Part-time considered.
• Candidates do not have to have specific qualifications, but 2-3 years experience is preferable.
• You will be given a full induction to Colshaw Hall and in-house training, an excellent rate of pay and enjoy working in a beautiful location.
