Peter and I would just like to say a massive thank you, to all the team that helped make our wedding such a special day. Both in the planning preparation and lead up to the wedding – to everything from the moment we were welcomed into Colshaw Hall the day before our ceremony.
It is clear that you are all experts in your field and have got ‘doing weddings’ down to a fine art. Because of this Peter and I felt relaxed, calm and composed, which meant we were able to take it all in.
We would like to mention a few people that really stood out and obviously cared about us. Victoria for all the planning and preparation leading up to the day. Hannah, Kirsty, Natalie, and the lovely lady that had relatives in Italy but unfortunately her name escapes us. Ian who did a wonderful job as our MC and Kenneth who kept the ship a float at nighttime. I apologise if I have left anyone else out.
We knew from the very first time we walked into Colshaw Hall and met some of the team including David, nearly 12 months ago, that this was the place we wanted to get married. The Hall looked splendid dressed for Christmas and it ticked every box including boxes we didn’t know needed ticking. How lucky we were, that at short notice (in the wedding world) you could fit us in for our chosen date.
Colshaw Hall is a splendid venue for a wedding and I feel blessed and privileged that we were in the fortunate position to book it for our wedding. We have got some superb photographs, particularly in the grounds. The weather was kind to us and the sun shone. Autumn is a spectacular season. I will attach some of the photos.
