The Pavilion

Indoor receptions take place in the Pavilion – it’s a beautiful space that has bar furniture and comfortable seating too. Many couples choose this space as their first choice of location as it has a great vibe and it’s high ceilings and windows to one side make it an excellent entertaining space. This space also doubles up to host your evening reception drinks and also a chill-out area when your party is in full swing later in the evening.

The Garden Bar in the Walled Garden

The Garden Bar is one of the latest additions at Colshaw Hall and made its debut in 2024. If you’re having an outdoor reception your drinks will be served here by our team while your guests relax in the tranquility and privacy of the walled gardens. It’s a beautiful and enclosed space that is a jaw-dropping location for outdoor drinks. You’re also welcome to have outdoor entertainment – be it a mini crazy golf course or your can hire our garden games.

You’re also welcome to have your own musicians and singers to keep your guests entertained during this part of your day. Please note that amplified music is not permitted outside so it must be acoustic only. We can also play your playlist inside and outside if you prefer.
